1. DEFINITIONS

ColorAnalysis provides an online color analysis test, personal color palettes, style recommendations, account features, and related subscription services. A subscription is recurring paid access to premium features.

2. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION

By accessing ColorAnalysis, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. COLOR ANALYSIS DISCLAIMERS

Results and style recommendations are provided for informational and educational purposes. They depend on submitted images, lighting, camera quality, display settings, and user-provided information, and are not medical or professional advice.

4. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Continued use of the service confirms acceptance of these terms. Material changes are communicated to existing users before taking effect where required.

5. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY AND SECURITY

  • Users must be at least 16 and legally able to enter this agreement
  • One account, a valid email address, and accurate information are required
  • Users are responsible for protecting access credentials and reporting unauthorized access

6. PURCHASES AND SHARE DISCOUNTS

The personal color analysis checkout is a one-time purchase. It does not create a subscription or recurring charge. The total price, including applicable taxes, is shown before payment.

The share offer costs $1.99 USD (1.99 EUR at the Finnish checkout) as a one-time payment and is limited to one per account. It is non-refundable and excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee, except where required by law. To qualify, the user must publish the personal referral link in a public social-media post, clearly disclose that the post is promotional and that sharing it earns a discount, and keep the post public with the link working for at least seven days after the discount unlocks.

The discount unlocks only after another person visits through the referral link. Self-visits, automated previews, bots, and invalid traffic do not qualify. The discount remains valid for seven days after it unlocks.

7. REFUND POLICY

Regular-price color-analysis purchases ($9.90 USD or 9.90 EUR) qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact us through an official support channel within 30 days of purchase to request a full refund.

The $1.99 USD (1.99 EUR) single-analysis share offer is a final-sale promotional purchase: it is non-refundable and does not qualify for the voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee. This exclusion applies to purchases made under this disclosed offer and does not change the refund terms of earlier purchases.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory rights. Refunds or other remedies required by applicable law, including for non-delivery, defective digital content, billing errors, or unauthorized charges, remain available. Contact support if you believe a legal entitlement applies.

ACCEPTABLE USE

  • Do not violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or send spam, malware or other harmful content.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The ColorAnalysis platform, brand, software, design, and original content remain the property of ColorAnalysis or its licensors and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered without permission.

9. USER CONTENT AND RIGHTS

You retain ownership of content you submit and grant the limited rights necessary to process it, provide the requested analysis, secure the service, and comply with law.

10. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

We work to keep the service available but may schedule maintenance, deploy changes, or respond to events outside our reasonable control. Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed.

11. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

A supported modern browser, suitable display, camera or image, and stable internet connection may be required for accurate analysis and full feature access.

12. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS

Support requests can be submitted through the support tickets area of your account, linked from the contact page. Include the account email and enough detail to investigate the issue.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, ColorAnalysis is not liable for indirect losses, purchase decisions, style choices, or outcomes based on analysis results. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Users should first contact support and complete the available escalation process. Unresolved disputes are governed by the applicable Delaware law and dispute provisions described in these terms.

15. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS

Features, pricing, and technical requirements may change. Material subscription changes will be communicated as required before applying to an existing billing arrangement.

16. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for security risks, prohibited activity, non-payment, or material breach of these terms. Users may stop using the service and cancel recurring billing at any time.
